P-1704 TEFLON™ PTFE
Application: For chemicals industry, foodstuff, pharmacutical and cosmetic industry. Used for chemicals and solvents, except for chlorine trifluride, chlorine and fluorine gas, oxygen difluride, phosgene and molten alkalis (for ex. sodium).
Technical Description :
Tube: TEFLON™ PTFE, co-extruded, clear/white pigmented, smooth. TEFLON™ PTFE is a polymer with excellent resistance to high temperature, mechanical stress and oxidation. Reinforcement: Syntetic plies, galvanized wire helices as copper wires to discharge static electricity. Cover: Sythetic rubber, smooth, green, abrasion, aging and ozone resistant.
Temperature Range :
From -30° C to +150° C depending on the fluids conveyed. Sterilization with steam +135°C, at 3.5 bar for max. 30 minutes.
Standard/Approval : Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177/1550 standards, USPXXXVI Class VI, ISO 10993 section 5.10.11:2009, EUPOREAN REGLEMENT 1935/2004/CE AND 10/2011/CE, 3A Sanitary Standard ClassII.
